I’m writing this review a little later than I originally anticipated. I finished Hatching Twitter towards the end of June, and it is currently August. Anyways, here is me review.
I very much enjoyed Hatching Twitter. I would probably give it 4.25/5 stars. The story takes you along the journey from the very beginnings as a startup to the established and well renowned company that we know as Twitter today. Nick Bilton did an excellent job of presenting the accounts of numerous individuals who were involved with the tech giant's creation in a well written and coherent manner.
I'm fascinated with the process of how Twitter came to be. I enjoyed the constant struggle between each founder's vision for the startup and what it eventually unfolded to be.
I'm lost for words as to what else to say in this post. I don't want to summarize the book, but I want to express that I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I would probably be able to offer some more interesting feedback if I wrote this sooner to finishing the book, but I delayed a little more than I anticipated.
Well done Nick Bilton, well done.
